What Next Move reads
Highlight Only reads the text you select. Nearby may use limited surrounding text to understand the selected writing. Access is limited to the current Google Doc for the feature being used.
AI processing
Writing used for a coaching request may be sent to the configured AI service for processing. The current beta uses Google's Gemini API.
History
Recent History may be stored through Google Apps Script User Properties so the feature can show recent coaching interactions for the current user. Users can clear History.
Beta applications
The beta application collects only an email address. Beta email addresses are used for application review, administration, access instructions, support and relevant beta communication.
What we do not sell
Help Me Write Better Studio™ does not sell users' Google Docs content, coaching history or beta email addresses.
Google API data
The service is intended to follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Age and sensitive information
Current beta users must be 18 or older. Do not submit sensitive, restricted or confidential information for coaching.
